The Third Five Point PTP

I think for the third project I want to talk about Google Docs:
I want to make a list of ways I've seen it used and recommend some new ways.

Already used:
- Class study guide- study guide from teacher put in a google doc- everyone adds to it and studies from it.
-Create presentations together- using the google docs powerpoints
-Make notes about a project.

Some new suggestions:
- use it to administer a test with private documents that the students answer on.
-use the google doc to share lesson outlines or notes with students.
-Use the google doc to share teaching ideas among teachers in a school.
- Use a google doc and calendar to share plans and activities with interested parents.
-Set up a question and answer document in which parents can post questions and you can respond to them.- The same could be done for students. 
-Build a class google doc powerpoint that tells a story- each students is assigned to get on and tell the next part of the story.
- you could do all sorts of collaborative projects where students added sentence after sentence or idea after idea.
-You could create a book club that discusses books- students could choose several and join the document related to their book to discuss.
